The next Buteyko Breathing Course will begin on Sunday 3rd of February 2018 in Bru Columbanus, Wilton, Cork. It will run over 3 consecutive Sundays.

Sunday the 3rd, 10th and 17th of February

Times

Children’s Course: 10.30am to 11.30 am.

Adult Course: 12 noon to 2 pm.
