The next Buteyko Breathing Course will begin on Wednesday 8th of August 2018 in Bru Columbanus, Wilton, Cork. It will run over 3 consecutive Wednesdays.

Weds 8th of August, Weds  15th  and  Weds 22nd of August

Times

Children’s Course: 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm

Adult Course: 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm.
